Seibukan Karate Do

Karate translates, as is generally accepted, to Empty Hand in Japanese. Karate is a martial art that uses weaponless techniques such as punching and kicking to overcome the opponent. Our Karate program is designed for children and adults ages 4 and up. The students learn important skills such as goal setting, sportsmanship, and teamwork. When participating in our classes, one will benefit from themed character building classes such as confidence, courtesy, discipline, respect, and much more. You will be rewarded for demonstrating these important character traits at home, school or work. The technical skills learned in Karate will improve the student's confidence as well as help them do their best in other activities and sports.
