ABOUT

Since the inception of Asian Martial Arts, Inc. Sensei Jeffrey J. Burlingame has envisioned a facility where various Martial disciplines can be offered and operate autonomously under one roof. In 2005, Sensei Burlingame built our current facility to further the unity of traditional Martial Arts in Northeast Ohio.

Since moving into the facility, Sensei Burlingame has sought out various respected and qualified people to instruct their Martial discipline. To this end, AMA offers Okinawan Shorin-Ryu (Seibukan) Karate, Northern Chinese Martial Arts, (Praying Mantis Kung Fu, Shaolin Kung Fu, Baji, Bagua, Tai Chi – both Wu and Chen Style, Qigong and Chinese weapons), Filippine Martial Arts (Kali, Escrima, Arnis), Aikido and Iaido, all taught in the traditional form. Each of these disciplines is taught by certified and licensed instructors.
