Yoga Basics - For beginner students and for those who prefer practice at a moderate pace. This class combines movement, meditation, and breathing to stimulate strength, flexibility, relaxation, and self-awareness.
Power Vinyasa Yoga - For students who have completed at least one Yoga Basics class. Students move consistently from pose to pose with alignment, detailed awareness, and breathing techniques.
What To Know Before You Go:
Arrive 10-15 minutes before class
Arrive with an empty stomach
Classes open to all levels
Classroom heated to 75 degrees
Bring yoga mat/rent one for $1
