MIXED PADDED WEAPONS

In this class you compete against each other using padded weapons of your choice.  The competition is one-on-one and the sparring is fast and fun.  The Staff, Samurai Sword, Escrima Sticks or Nunchaku are each especially designed for safety and you may choose any one of them each time you spar.  No previous Martial Arts training is necessary to take part in this class.  The training during class is easily picked up as class proceeds and it is great fun and exercise.

 

All that is required for safety is "foam” headgear, a full face mask and a mouth guard.   Additional padding may be worn if desired. 

 

This class is for all ages.
